Read the conditions for your airport transfer, payment, booking changes and cancellation.
Prices and payment
Quotes in English use USD and quotes in Spanish use MXN. Check the currency and final amount before authorising payment through Stripe or PayPal. Changes to the route, party size, vehicle or requested extras can affect the total.
Premium and Economy fares
Your selected fare determines the included benefits and flexibility. Premium includes discount coupons with up to $500 USD in savings, priority boarding, a courtesy convenience-store stop and unlimited booking changes subject to availability and operating restrictions. A Premium booking receives a full refund when we receive the cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup. Economy cancellations are issued as open credit under the fare conditions.
Changes and cancellation
Request changes or cancellation in writing at bookings@airporthotelshuttle.com, including your reference and the journey concerned. A Premium cancellation received less than 24 hours before pickup does not qualify for the published full refund. A no-show is not refundable. A change or cancellation is complete when we confirm it in writing.
Pickup and luggage
Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation and be ready at the agreed pickup point. Tell us about flight changes, delays and oversized luggage. The vehicle must have enough capacity for everyone and their bags.
Service information
Vehicle photographs illustrate the service category. Road travel times are estimates and can change with traffic, weather and hotel access. Contact us if your needs require an arrangement beyond the published service.
