Privacy notice
How Airport Hotel Shuttle uses your trip and contact details when you request or book a transfer.
Information used for your journey
When you request or book a transfer, we use your name, email, telephone number, hotel, travel dates, party size, flight information and the notes you provide to organise the service and contact you about it.
Booking and payment providers
The reservation system and transport providers use the information needed to arrange your trip. Payments are handled through Stripe or PayPal. You enter payment credentials on the payment provider’s page; do not include them in booking notes or messages.
Maps, cookies and visit source
The quote results can load Google Maps to display your route. Google receives connection information when its map loads. The website uses cookies to maintain checkout access, protect your session and remember the first source that brought you to the site for 90 days. That source may include campaign tags, an advertising click identifier, the first page visited and the referring site. Browser preferences may also retain the language or journey controls you select.
Access and correction requests
Contact bookings@airporthotelshuttle.com to request access, correction, deletion or opposition to the processing of your information, or to withdraw consent. Identify the request and provide a way to contact you. We may need to verify your identity before providing personal information.
Retention and security
We retain booking information as needed to provide the service, address enquiries and meet applicable obligations. Access to reservation details is restricted. Keep your confirmation and private payment links secure and avoid sharing them publicly.
Updates
Changes to this notice will be published on this page. Contact us if you have questions about how information is used for your transfer.
