Sandos now presents the property as Sandos Caracol Nature Resort & Water Park. Our search still uses Sandos Caracol Eco Resort; both names refer to the property at kilometre 295.
Is Sandos Caracol the same as Sandos Playacar?
No. Sandos Caracol is at kilometre 295 and Sandos Playacar is inside the Playacar development. Choose the exact property printed on your accommodation confirmation.
How should a family choose the transfer vehicle?
Count every adult, child and bag travelling from CUN. The hotel’s family rooms, adults-only section or all-inclusive plan do not change the transfer vehicle’s published capacity.
