RIU lists the hotel on Boulevard Costa Mujeres, postal code 77400, north of Cancun. It is not in Cancun’s main Boulevard Kukulcan Hotel Zone.
Is Riu Dunamar the same as Riu Palace Costa Mujeres?
No. They are neighbouring RIU hotels and may share access to certain facilities, but each has its own identity and reception for airport transfers.
Can RIU Class include an airport transfer?
Some RIU Class benefits currently promote free transfers with conditions. Verify the hotel, dates, booking channel and route directly with RIU before buying AHS.
Can I get a transfer quote to Riu Dunamar?

What happens if my flight time changes?
Tell us as soon as you receive the updated itinerary and keep your reservation number handy. A flight change should not automatically become a change of destination, travel date or transfer direction.
How do I choose a vehicle for my luggage?
Compare the passenger and bag limits shown with every vehicle. Count strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment and oversized pieces too, and ask us before booking if your luggage exceeds those limits.
Can children travel in the vehicle?
Yes. Include every child in the passenger count. If you need a child seat or another arrangement, tell us before booking so the suitable option can be checked for the child’s age and selected vehicle.
What if my reservation does not say exactly Riu Dunamar?
Do not choose by similarity. Search for the full name printed on your accommodation document or contact us before paying. Places with similar names may be in different areas and have a different transfer price.
